That's where I come in, offering support to turn these changes into lasting habits.
At Gill Lambert Health Coaching in New Plymouth, my focus is on the future. I’m here to help you get unstuck, make positive changes, and reach your health and wellness goals. My approach is all about you, acknowledging that you know yourself best. Together, we build trust and understanding. Using proven coaching techniques like asking thoughtful questions and providing science-based advice, I help you find the motivation you need for lasting change. While I can’t diagnose or adjust medication, I can guide you in those conversations with your healthcare provider. If therapy might be useful, I’ll recommend seeing a qualified professional.

Your detailed PH360 profile can guide you on the best foods, exercises, and even climates for your health, while also suggesting how to create a happier home environment personalised to you. As a PH360 coach, I assist you in using this information on the SHAE app. I'll help you clarify what's important, actions you're going to take and support your decisions, cheering you on every step of the way.
